Almond Flour

Almond flour is a nutty, sweet, low-carb and paleo-friendly food often used in gluten free baking. And to many across the UK and Europe, it’s an absolutely essential baking ingredient: perfect for making countless classic and exotic desserts. But there’s far more versatility to almond flour than that. Use this top-quality wholefood to bake cakes, cookies, breads, brownies, doughnuts, pancakes, waffles, cobblers, naans, energy balls and bars, tortillas, muffins, crisps, crackers, rolls, pies, pastries, porridge, pasta… and almost every sweet and savoury treat imaginable!

What is almond flour?

Almond Flour is, of course, not a milled flour, but finely ground almonds. It is commonly used in a wide array of cooking and baking, such as bread, cakes, cookies and desserts. It’s also the main ingredient in macarons. This almond flour is as finely ground as it can be without being ‘defatted’, which means it retains all its natural healthy fats and oils. Please note this is the same product as 'ground almonds'.
