Its naturally sweet caramel/butterscotch like taste, it makes it perfect addition to milkshakes, smoothies, yoghurts, porridge & more. What Is Maca Powder?

Native to the Andes Mountains in Peru, the maca plant is part of the same family as watercress, cabbage, broccoli & look similar to radish. This root vegetable has been used for thousands of years by those native to peru, who knew just how beneficial this root could be. Maca root powder is made by harvesting the root and which is then left to dry for around 10 days. After which it is clean and then ground into the fine powder.
